A Thin Post

Wow!  I've been reading a ton this year, and reading any less would feel like a punishment. Since I last posted I've read the following:

          
              
        

Donna Tartt's The Secret History and The Goldfinch have been my two key favorites because you get lost in the characters' world.  The Orphan Master's Son was a totally new experience and new subject matter--one of the best books I've read this year.
